Ingredients

  • 12 cups rolled oats ground to flour in a blender

  • 4 TBSP cinnamon

  • 4 tsp. nutmeg

  • 1TBSP baking soda

  • 1 TBSP baking powder

  • 1 1/3 cup milk (any kind)

  • 4 cups sugar (or equivalent sugar replacement)

  • 8 eggs

  • 8 cups shredded summer squash (do not squeeze dry)

  • 4 cups raisins, chocolate chips, or any fresh or dried fruit
