Ingredients
12 cups rolled oats ground to flour in a blender
4 TBSP cinnamon
4 tsp. nutmeg
1TBSP baking soda
1 TBSP baking powder
1 1/3 cup milk (any kind)
4 cups sugar (or equivalent sugar replacement)
8 eggs
8 cups shredded summer squash (do not squeeze dry)
4 cups raisins, chocolate chips, or any fresh or dried fruit
